I've been seeing Martina A for the past 3 months for an overall muscular tightness issue that I've had for several years. I can't explain to you how much of a difference she has made considering how many different physiotherapist I have seen for my condition. Martina has definitely got magic hands ! .
An original NHS diagnosis of my kidney being the source of my intense and chronic pain meant I spent 7 months hindering the recovery of my back pain by my avoidance of any unnecessary movement. Ana explained the mechanism of my pain, dutifully verified that neither the sciatic nerve nor a slipped disc was the source of my injury before thoroughly manipulating multiple muscle knots until all were dealt with. Following this I had my first uninterrupted night's sleep for months; oh, the relief. Ana was friendly but thoroughly professional throughout and, with my session being the last of the day, went above and beyond the call of duty by continuing well past my allotted half hour to ensure all my muscle knots were treated. She is a real credit both to her profession and to PhysioQinetics. As an aside, I am *very* ticklish, particularly on my sides, but the entire treatment caused almost no ticklish reaction.
I was very impressed with the expertise and professional advice given to me by Patrick on a rotating cuff injury that I had been prescribed a lot of medication for. I was given a tailor made excersise regime that definitely helped with my recovery and each session benefitted my mobility. I felt that I was listened to and in return Patrick explained my recovery process. Really impressed and would not hesitate to return if I ever have the need! Thank you.
Rudi fixed my very strained shoulder in a few session, something medication couldn't do. I just wish I didn't wait a year and a half To final get physio that actually worked. NHS physio was not good at all. Sadly, I'm back again with the other shoulder, but this time I'm coming here straight away. Well worth the money.
Rudy treated me for a dislocated shoulder. Her knowledge was incredible as she knew her stuff and was very caring making sure there was an improvement in my condition to be successfully fit to return to work. She was giving me the advise on how many sessions I would need. Very valuable member. I would go back to her any time.
Rudi has been my physiotherapist for around 2 years and probably the best compliment I can pay her is that had she moved to a clinic that was easy for me to get to (even if it was a longer journey overall), I'd have followed her there. Professionally, Rudi was always on time and I never felt like I had a wasted session. From a knowledge stand point she knew exactly what she was talking about, but was never afraid to refer me to a consultant if she felt she needed to. Personally, Rudi was great to get on with. I can't stress enough, if you've got an hour of sometimes painful massage and mobility exercises, that you are able to enjoy your time with the other person. Rudi leaving PhysioQinetics is a massive shame, but I've got no doubt that she's going to be a massive asset to the next place she works.
I used PhisioQinetics (Uxbridge) after a car accident where I sustained whiplash and back injuries. I was well looked after by the team at this branch. Victoria, my physiotherapist was very professional. She gave me all the information I needed through out my treatment and had me back to my normal self in no time. I would definitely recommend PhisioQinetics and Victoria.
I have been seeing Victoria for some musculoskeletal issues I have been having in my upper back, neck and shoulder. I have gone through my insurance Aviva and therefore my costs have been covered by them working directly with PhysioQinetics. I have been very happy with my progress with Victoria, I have seen other physios previously but none have been as helpful. She has been able to locate a number of issue areas that other physios previously neglected. She is very knowledgeable and caters for my needs. Every week I feel better. The atmosphere is good coming to PhysioQinetics, which makes me feel comfortable, as well as Victoria being very friendly so are the other staff from what I have seen.
Rudi took the time to really listen to me and to fully understand the depth of my situation. I was scheduled to have a double hip replacement privately, yet had not been offered any alternative. Being an active 53 year old I wanted to put this off as long as possible! With Rudi's care, treatment and exercise plan, the op was postponed and Rudi has also discharged me. Thank you, treatment and care at its best.
The care offered to my by everyone at PhysioQinetics was first class and from the moment I entered the reception I felt safe, secure and assured that my damaged knee was in fact going to get better. The clinic offers a warm and pleasant atmosphere in which to be treated, appointments are easy to organise and the actual care offered was top of the range. My physio Victoria was kind and caring listened to me rantings about my damaged knee showed superb empathy and then went about making it better. She was very thorough in her initial review of my knee and explained carefully exactly how she planned to ensure that it would be returned to its former glory! I undertook a course of exercises specifically designed to rebuild the damage and each week these exercises were reviewed and stepped up as the knee strengthened. This was always teamed up with a thorough massage of the leg which in the short term was sometimes painful but the long term benefit I soon learned to appreciate. Altogether for someone who hates being sick and doesn't like doctors/hospitals I can only rate my experience as 11 out off 10. Thank you so much for all the care you gave me I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone who is in need if of your services.
I have visited PhysioQinetics Uxbridge several times now and been treated by Rudi Barwis for a variety of sports related injuries. Rudi is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable and I would have no hesitation in recommending her physiotherapy services. In fact I already have to friends and family who have since been satisfactorily treated by Rudi and have returned for subsequent treatments for various ailments.
I have seen Victoria on several occasions over the last few months for my back and have found her to be very professional and very friendly. She explains and demonstrates all the exercises she wants me to do. After, we then do the exercises together to insure I have the correct technique. She has been a big help to me and my back condition has improved greatly. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
Came in with an unknown shoulder injury. With the help and professional advice of Victoria I had a weak rotator cuff. Victoria had given me exercises to do and I have seen a big improvement within a month. Received a very high standard of care from Victoria and Physioqinetics.
Victoria has been seeing me for a number of months and I have been very impressed with here professionalism, knowledge and client rapour. My injury has improved with treatment and this is down to Victoria's exceptional expertise in stretching, massage and manipulation. PhysioQinetics have also been very helpful when appointments have had to be arranged due to a change in my commitments (at least 48hrs needed). Thank you for all your help, I would recommend Victoria and PhysioQinetics to everyone.
